People really need to learn to check their coolant level before it starts snowing.
Anyone who hasn't done it already, I suggest you do it now, before your engine overheats.

Alright.
This is going to sound like a really strange question, since it's only the beginning of November, but I need to ask anyway.
Did anyone else's pipes freeze last night?
I went to run some water at the shop, and all of a sudden there was this weird grinding noise. When I looked under the sink, the pipes were freezing cold. I know that there's been a few problems with the plumbing, but I just wanted to double check.

Wow.
I didn't realize how many kids we had around the neighborhood. I thought we'd have a ton of left over candy, but all we have in the bowl is a Snickers and a couple of Reese's.
Someone needs to remind me to over estimate next year, so my house isn't the one that winds up putting change in the bottom of the kid's Trick-or-Treat bags when they run out of chocolate. That's basically like saying "Sorry, we didn't have enough candy for you...so go out and buy your own."
